Your personal data (GPS tracks, photos, waypoints, etc.) that you manage using our apps is only stored on your local device (iPhone, iPad, Mac). myTracks will never transmit any personal data to our servers.
Access to the pixel-based OpenStreetMap maps
We operate servers that provide the map data for the OpenStreetMap based maps. No personal data is transmitted to these servers. The servers only log your device's Internet Protocol address, the application name and version, the operating system's name and version and the time and date of the request.

Use of Data
myTracks uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the apps
- To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the apps
- To monitor the usage of the apps
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
Transfer Of Data
The collected data may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Germany and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Germany and process it there.
